Filmmaker attendance: Filmmakers of some selected productions will be invited to the Festival and will be the Festival's guests, including only the hotel accommodation. Exhibition If selected, Exhibition videos and film prints must arrive at the SportFilmFestival no later than 30 september 2009. The following formats are acceptable: Digital Betacam , Betacam SP, Betacam SX, Betacam (PAL) DVCam, mini DV (PAL), DVD (PAL) The entrant is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the exhibition film/print.
